Setting up your portfolio: Register and add search results to your favorites. We'll update you about new properties listed and any changes to your favorites.

Booking a viewing: When you've identified suitable properties, set up appointments on-line. An agent will contact you to confirm a viewing.

Apply for finance: We can apply to affiliated banks on your behalf. All so use our buyer qualification & affordability calculators to make sure what amount you can purchase for and avoid any disappointments down the line when you dream home is out of reach.

Your privacy: As our client, your name exposure is limited and we protect your privacy. Your name is exposed only when we set up a viewing or if you give us permission to forward you details to the affiliated agents of My Namibia Property.

SELLERS:

Put the fun back into selling by exposing your property to thousands of buyers through our Showroom in Maerua Mall as well as all our interactive screens around town and Namibia and, our website and network partners.

List your property by completing the user friendly mandate form which can be download from our site or requested form our offices (061) - 231 006. To support the sale, you should include photos and virtual tours.

Activate your property: Once your mandate is completed and sent to us we can upload your property details. Should you be unsure of anything contact one of our consultants who will be happy to help you.

How we'll sell your property: Once the mandate is completed and uploaded on the property portal, all affiliated agents will be given your property to start marketing & show to potential clients. All clients that match the criteria of your property on our buyer database will immediately be sent a notification.

Regular feedback: You will be given feedback as buyers view your property and other activities take place.

The sales commission: The recommended commission as per the Estate Agents board is 7% plus Vat for Residential & 10% plus Vat for Erven & commercial property; this can fixed and can be negotiated with the agent listing your property.

Traditional property sales methods: may be used if you prefer. Choose from having a show house, For Sale signs and/or press advertisements.

Virtual tours: A new and innovate way of having potential clients view your property off our website saves all involved valuable time. Only serious buyers will view your property once they have seen the virtual tour of your home. This all so works extremely well should you wish to have your property on show.

Valuation: It is always a good idea to get a valuation on your property before you sell, to give you an indication of what you can possibly sell for. We suggest you use a bank approved valuator as most buyers will be using a bank to finance the property. Please also note that a valuation is just an indication of value & the market will dictate the eventual selling price you will achieve.

All so gain access to hundreds of properties which you may sell and earn the majority of the commission by being an affiliated agent with My Namibia Property.

Being an affiliated agent you can all so earn a listing commission for loading a new property FIRST (digital authentication). If you have never been confident in closing deals, here is your opportunity to shine as an agent and earn lots of commission by focusing on listing properties.

Most agents share properties with each other on regular basis for varying commission splits. We are just making it official & more standardized so you do not have to negotiate a commission split every time you share a property.

Activate your agency: Visit us at Maerua Mall show room or contact us and we can come to you and explain this new and exciting concept. Once all details are confirmed your agency has become affiliated with My Namibia Property you can start listing & selling properties on our data base.

Register your agents: Create user profiles for each of your agents so that they can load and manage their own properties.

Contact from buyers: If you cannot find a property for your client, list their criteria on My Namibia Property and as soon as a property is loaded that matches your client’s criteria, you will immediately be notified.

Regular feedback: Receive e-mail and sms (coming soon) notifications on new properties, client feedback, etc

Which properties to sell: You may sell anything listed on the My Namibia Property portal and earn commission.

Sole mandates: Even if you have a sole mandate, you should still list it to derive benefit from a wide exposure. If you sell the property to your own client (not referred by My Namibia Property) you get the full 100% commission!

Virtual Tours: My Namibia Property will do free virtual tours & photos for all sole Mandate listings on our website. Virtual Tours & pictures for open mandates will cost N0.00 excl. Vat per property.

Someone else has already listed the property: Sorry, first come first served. Make sure that you load a property as soon as the mandate is secured.

Developers: We tailor-make packages according to a developer's needs. Please contact our call centre.

The cost: You must be thinking, this will cost a fortune to be an affiliated agent with My Namibia Property. Well the good news is its absolutelyFree !!

My Namibia Property only earns a commission if a buyer is referred to an affiliated agent and a deal results or if a property listed by My Namibia Property is sold by one of the Affiliated members. My Namibia Property will not sell property, we only list & pass on the buyers.
